Fine Lines Medical offers free consultations for all our services. If you are a new client, we require a $75 reservation deposit that can be applied to your services, product or we can refund you upon coming in to see us.
Cancelation or Changing appointment
To help better serve all our clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancelation or rescheduling an appointment.
* Providing less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment and no-show appointments will result in loss of your prepaid $75 deposit.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Depending on the schedule, we may take the next client in before you and you may be required to wait.
